We will need a signed contract and $150 retainer deposit to do any event. The deposit fee is nonrefundable if the event is canceled for any reason. The deposit will be subtracted from the total amount due on the day of your event. Upon signing the contract with us we do have some planning forms that we will need you to fill out and either fax, email or mail back to us as soon as possible. We prefer to have all plans finalized at least one month from your event. We do realize that some events are not booked out that far in advance... however the sooner we get the information the sooner we can put together a music playlist for your event.
